ENCORE! is an organization powered by volunteers. More specifically, nearly 200 volunteers help to organize and execute our robust programming from daily activities to our signature fundraising events. We value the life experiences and talents that our volunteers bring to the table and are very fortunate to claim nearly 200 who log 15,000 hours a year to our Center!
From serving on our nine-member Board of Directors to leading a weekly card group, we have many opportunities for those interested in putting their skills to use. Below are some areas of opportunities:

- Event “Chair” person or “Co-Chair”
- Lefse/Heritage Foods Baker
- Birthday Club/Pie & Coffee Serving

REQUIREMENTS
Key qualities we seek from candidates are:
- Strategic or visionary thinkers with proven leadership capabilities
- Experience with governance or law
- A capacity to cultivate relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders
- An understanding of non-profit organizations
- Sound business acumen
