2. What new activities and services would you like to see added at the Senior Center? Some examples are: Activities = scheduled monthly games or activities; Services = health & wellness (ie: Line Dancing, foot care) or technology (ie: tech classes); Events = special events and fundraisers)

3. What other Senior Centers have you attended and what did you like?

5. We would like to have an annual “Signature Fundraiser Event” (an event open to members and the public) with the goal of increasing our fundraising. What types of fundraiser event ideas can you share with us.

6. The Senior Center relies on and welcomes member volunteers’ time and talents. We have many needs, please identify your interests or passion below. Examples: office help, volunteer coordinator, maintenance, marketing, finance, technology, etc.

8. We want to increase the number of Senior Center members. Do you have suggestions for a membership drive/ways to promote membership at the Senior Center?
